This photo sums up my love for a new favorite color combination, lavender and red. I also love the idea of letting bridesmaids and flower girls choose their own dresses that match their personalities in different shades of the same color and adding texture and pattern through sashes, belts and shoes. It's all about the letting the personality of your friends and family shine.
I couldn't agree more. I just read an article on a "Bridezilla" whose demands of her "lucky" bridesmaids was ruining the whole shebang. Your idea of allowing the attendants to choose their own attire is in keeping with the love friends have for one another.
