About Cara

My name is Cara Crowley. I work as a freelance Residential Interior Designer and Event Planner.  I work out a midtown design studio in Sacramento.  Before starting my business nine years ago, I was formally trained as a fashion designer graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, San Francisco where I returned to study Interior Design.  While attending school I held a variety of design based jobs;  I apprenticed as a floral design assistant, worked as a stationery design associate and sold luxury goods.  Since starting my business nine years ago, I have worked with residential clients for interior design and have with both commercial and residential clients for event planning.  This blog is where I categorize my current design and event projects.
